Goal

When attempting to view a file, a few users are receiving error:

ERROR:

[11:02 AM] File "XXXXXXXXX.pdf" could not be copied!
[11:02 AM] Server Message: FMS-Interface: Connection failed (Errorcode: -305)
[11:03 AM] Application did not finish successful !

Note that most users are NOT having problems. No log entries are being generated for these errors.
