Automated Task Stuck At Received State (Doc ID 1488731.1)

After upgrading to OSM, one particular task was stuck at received state. This happens randomly, on some orders it can be successfully processed.
For the one that is stuck, if we right click on the task and change the state to received, the task will continue to run and complete successfully.
