All OFSAA Processes Fail with 'Unable to Open:' and No Debug Logs Are Created or FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS Written (Doc ID 1488830.1)

In Oracle Financial Service Asset Liability Management (ALM) or Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), when trying to run a Cash Flow Edit, the process fails.  No log is output to $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps.

When the process is run from the command line, the following error occurs:

[ofsaa@ofsaa bin]$ ./ofsbc INFODOM_200177_20120902_2 CFEDITS TASK1 20120705 200177 USER1 FTP

Host IP-->


Port... 6500

Unable to open:

The same problem occurs when running an ALM or FTP process.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Asset Liability Management
  2. Go to ALM Processing > Cash Flow Edits
  3. Create and run a Cash Flow Edit

The process fails with no error message and no logs are created.
