Symptoms

On : 9.3.1.1 version, Web client (PC)

User Is Not Able To Open A Link From Email Notification in SSO Enabled Environment - Application Error Occurs in Left Pane

WHAT IS NOT WORKING
-----------------------------
When a user open an notification link with having no Agile window open and the system is configured with SSO the object do not open properly.
The left application pane show an error.

WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------------------
When a user try to open an notification link with having a Agile window open and logged into Agile with SSO the object opens properly

ERROR
-----------------------
Application Error
This feature did not perform as expected.
Please contact your Agile Administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have SSO enabled on Weblogic
2. Open a link from an notification message with not other Agile browser window open
3. See the error message in the left pane.
