Goal

It is needed to evaluate the footprint of the BRM Customer Center app, that is, its average memory usage and CPU consumption, as well as its horizontal growth capacities, that is, how many concurrent users are able to use such GUI in a given BRM installation.

Are there any technical or design limitations about the number of end users that can have the Customer Center installed onto its local host using it concurrently? For example, Can it be used as the CRM platform (assuming only Billing Information is exchanged between the CSR's and the Customers) for a medium-size Call Center (let's say 2000 end users).
