When using screen editor, can not get help through the help menu item.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Help > 'Contents' or 'Search for Help On...' menu item.
2. The following message is displayed, "Cannot find the C:NVCPDE.HLP file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?"
