Users With Timekeeping Authority Set To SUPERUSER Cannot Update 'Approved' Timesheets

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users with Timekeeping Authority set to Superuser cannot update 'Approved' Timesheets:
1. Search for an 'Approved' timesheet.
2. Open timesheet and click in the first field to enter a timesheet line item entry.
3. The cursor doesn't focus there and there is a message at the bottom that says 'You cannot create records here'.
