Symptoms
We are using PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER to add a service to an account and purchase products.
One of the product triggers the provisioning framework to add the unit to a discount sharing group.
It also generates a cycle forward event which should be discounted by the shared discount.
If we only purchase this product as part of the transaction then the discount is applied as expected.
If we purchase a 2nd cycle forward product in the same transaction then the discount does not apply.
