Symptoms

URL PX cannot get instance of Agile Session Factory/Agile Session and cannot get j_username/j_password from cookie with following code in JSP:

If users access Agile PLM Server directly, can open the URL PX without any problem, but if accessed from proxy server the URL PX fail to create session in Agile.
