Orders Are Getting Stuck In AIA While Calling To BRM - ERR_BAD_READ Errors (Doc ID 1489783.1)

Symptoms

Orders are getting stuck in AIA while it is calling to BRM and there is no error message generated  in BRM CM and DM logs.  However below errors are getting generated  in AIA:

 
This issue  came to surface while deploying  7.4 JCA Adapter, earlier this type of issue was never faced this on 7.3.1.  Is there any specific properties value to be added/changed in OC4J_RA.xml in AIA?
