E2B Check And Val Check Icons Not Displayed To Users After Upgrade (Doc ID 1489908.1)

When a case is open in Argus Safety, several icons are presented in the upper, right-hand screen of the browser including an E2b check icon (see below).  Some users do not see this icon. How can the E2b check icon be activated for a specific user group?
