Conflict Checking Runs Too Long for Approving Clearance With Huge Data (Doc ID 1490068.1)

Symptoms

Conflict Checking runs too long, about 3 hours for Approved Status and 12 hours for Worksheet Status, when the user Submits and Approves a large Dept that has 7 million item/location records and 2000 SKUs suggested for clearance markdown.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Try to approve the event for a Dept that has about 7 million item/location records with about 2000 SKUs.

  2. Notice the performance issue.
