Purpose

This document explains new configuration parameters introduced in Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) version 4.4.1.4.0 to support networks sending concatenated messages without the Mobile Application Part (MAP V2+) moreMessagesToSend parameter activated (TP-MMS=0) and using the Messaging Manager (MM) Isolated Delivery rule.

Scope

This document is intended for Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) System Administrator, Software or Network Engineer looking to understand how the holdmtTransactionfeature works and can be activated. They should have experience in Messaging protocols and NCC software.

Understanding how the Isolated Delivery screening rule and how it works is a prerequisite to reading this document.
