Using DOC_ID and DOC_TYPE_FLG Searching For A Bill Reporting "SQL Error 999999990 occurred in module CIPBBILS:XQ010" And ORA-01013 Error From Application log (Doc ID 1491561.1)

On : 2.3.1 version, BI - Billing

When attempting to query billing using DOC_ID and DOC_TYPE_FLG, the following error occurs.

<USER> - 749984-26860-1 2012-09-03 09:06:12,731 [Remote JVM:3 Thread 4] INFO (host.sql.CobolSQLHelper) SQL execution 'open cursor' request for cobol program 'CIPBBILS' SQL name 'S_ALTR5'
<USER>- 749984-26860-1 2012-09-03 09:11:12,553 [Parent Reader:Thread-59] ERROR (support.cobol.DBLocalCobolSQLProcessBackend) SQL Error encountered sqlCode=1013, sqlState=72000 (ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In order to search by Document Number, set Install Options – Alternative Bill ID Option – Document Numbers
2. Search for a bill using DOC_ID and DOC_TYPE (Main Menu - Financial - Bill - Search by "Document Number" and "Document Type")
3. Error reported "SQL_Error_Code_999999990_in_module_CIPBBILS"
4. Search for the same bill record, search by "Bill ID", result can be shown up correctly.
