Symptoms

Oracle Communications Calendar Server version: 7u2-8.18

Calendar Server 7 "davadmin account delete..." command gives "segment is null" error when trying to delete a resource calendar.  Resource calendar information:

 
No entries in any of the Calendar Server logs anywhere, and nothing noted with telemetry logging turned on.

Doing a calcomponent delete on the same calendar works.
