Goal

We have a requirement here for updating the Fulfill Billing response to OSM and then send it to CRM as milestone update. But there is no extension point for COMPONENT-RESPONSE-UPDATE for Fulfill Billing Function. Same is for Sync Customer and Initiate Billing.
