Symptoms
After upgrading SLC (Service Logic Controller) to NCC 4.4.1.0.0, B party (Recipient) receives the following notification after a successful credit transfer:
Following screenshot is reachable through Services - ACS Services - Configuration (button) - Notifications (tab).

Upgrade to NCC 4.4.1.0.0 (Galaxy).
