ACS Control Plan Editor Output Logs Large Node IDs when Warning of Loops in Sub-Control Plans

Symptoms
In all versions of Advanced Control Services (ACS) prior to 4.4.1.4.0, when attempting to compile a Control Plan (CP) which contains a Sub-CP with at least one loop, the pop-up dialog warns of this as follows:
[Note 564] [Control Plan Structure ParentCP], [Node 16777219]: Exit 1 may create a loop in control plan.
[Note 564] [Control Plan Structure ParentCP], [Node 16777219]: Exit 1 may create a loop in control plan.
[Note 564] [Control Plan Structure ParentCP], [Node 16777219]: Exit 1 may create a loop in control plan.
However the reported node ID (16777219), does not exist in the Sub-CP.
Changes
Attempt to compile a CP which contains a Sub-CP which contains at least one loop.
