'Ext Call to Get Records Per Page' Error on Financial Services Applications Screen - JDBC Entry Case Sensitive

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
After installing Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and/or Asset Liability Management (ALM), when you go to Financial Services Applications, the top banner is missing, a red Oracle is displayed, and the following error appears when clicking on the Simplified Batch link:
Error while loading the page
Ext Call to get records per page to display for User Id: <user>: infodom: <Infodom> is failing
Additionally, the following error appears in the fsapps.log:
[13-09-12 09:23:25 AM] ~ DEBUG ~ FSAPPS ~ [COMMONAPP] Error failed to get connection from DBConnectionFactory
This error prevents the Financial Services interfaces from loading to the screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into OFSAA Infrastructure
- Go to Financial Services Applications
- Click on Administration > Simplified Batch
The error appears.
