Changing Custom Code Location In Validation Procedure Brings Up A Save Changes Dialog Box (Doc ID 1492448.1)

While attempting to change a Custom Code Location in Maintain Study Validation Procedure the form brings up a save changes dialog box then throws an error if you select Cancel.

ERROR MESSAGES: RxcMsg error: 222000 - -6502ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1) Open the Maintain study Validation Procedure.

OC NAV: Definition > Validation Procedures > Procedures > Select the Study > Query up the Procedure you want to see > Custom Code (button)

2) Click on a Procedure, and click on the Custom Code button.

3) Click the Custom Code Location field in the Custom Code window, and select a different value.

This brings up a dialog box "Do you want to save the changes you have made ?" although no changes has been made so far.

4-1) When selecting Yes, "FRM-40401 - No changes to save." appears. Click OK will close the message.

4-2) When selecting No, no additional message appears.

4-3) When selecting Cancel, "RxcMsg error: 222000 - -6502ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or”


The behavior was not observed in OC 4.5.3, but occurs after OC 4.6.0 and is consistent.
