For Oracle Financial Services Profitability Analytics (PFTBI) 5.6 or Enterprise Financial Performance Analytics (EFPA) 6.1, when you try to run the Fact Ledger Population Transformation by running a batch with FSI_LEDGER_STAT_TRM, the batch fails with an integrity constraint violation.  The following message is output to FSI_MESSAGE_LOG:

Fatal error occured :ORA-02291: integrity constraint (<atomic>.FK_FCT_LEDGER_STAT_x) violated - parent key not found

Note: Foreign key definitions often are different for each installation so the the "x" in the constraint name may vary (ex. FK_FCT_LEDGER_STAT_3, FK_FCT_LEDGER_STAT_8, etc).

The error prevents you from transferring data from the LEDGER_STAT table into FCT_LEDGER_STAT.
