Unable To Open .DOCX Or .XLSX Attachments In Argus 5.x When Using Documentum (Doc ID 1493924.1)

Goal

Users uploaded .docx and .xlsx type files into Argus as case attachment, however after saving the case, the user can't open the attached file.

Users are experiencing “%pdf file not found” error.
