Symptoms
PCM_OP_AR_EVENT_ADJUSTMENT dumps core while trying to process a credit adjustment.
Replication Steps:

Step 1 : Add the below entry in cm pin.conf
- cm cm_txn_cache_enabled 3
Step 2 : Create an account with a plan having products configured with taxes [End of Cycle Tax].
Step 3 : Run billing.
Step 4 : From testnap, read the event POID of cycle/tax applied on cycle forward event and do credit event adjustment on the cycle forward fee.
