You are running the Batch Data Load (BDL) process, but the first row of a Repeating Question Group (RQG) has two columns of data replaced with NULLs. The actual data file contained valid data which should have shown up in these columns. Two of the uploaded columns were successfully brought in. For the subsequent data targeted for the next five RQG's all of the columns successfully made their way into the RESPONSES table.
Here’s the data which is available but the value for the first two rows gets turned to NULLs before they end up in RESPONSES.
||S6||SCREENING|0|||MEDHX|MEDHX|MEDHX|PCI|CASS_SITE_NUM|0|1|1 - Proximal Right Coronary Artery||01|STUDY
Query of data inserted into RESPONSES table by BDL process shows the following result:
DCI_NAME DCM_NAME SUBSET_NAME QG_NAME REPEAT_SN QUESTION_NAME OCC_SN RESPONSE_ENTRY_TS VALUE_TEXT EXCEPTION_VALUE_TEXT
MEDHX MEDHX MEDHX PCI 1 CASS_SITE_NUM 0 8/27/2012 19:44 <<<This is where the value is missing it should include '1 - Proximal Right Coronary Artery'
MEDHX MEDHX MEDHX PCI 1 TRT_DT 0 8/27/2012 19:44 <<<This is also missing. Should include '20120820'
MEDHX MEDHX MEDHX PCI 1 TRT_TYP 0 8/27/2012 19:44
MEDHX MEDHX MEDHX PCI 1 VESSEL_TYP 0 8/27/2012 19:44
You also find the following statements in the output file:
Warning: The following questions are in the DCM but are missing in Data File.
One of the questions noted above occurs in the Data File immediately prior to the data intended for the first RQG.
OCCURRENCE PATTERNS: consistent with only this set of data
