ASR PQPR & QPR Fields Return 0 When They Should Be Blank/Empty/NULLl (Doc ID 1494433.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 22, 2012

Applies to:

Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution Module - ASR - Version 44.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

CURRENT BEHAVIOR:

MetaSolv is passing zero (0) in the PQPR & QPR fields. These ASR fields are STRING in the ASR IDL and should not pass a zero (0) value if they are not populated in the GUI. The ASR fields (i.e. PQPR & QPR) get mapped to the LEC and could cause rejected orders due passing of the zero (0) value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

These ASR fields are STRING in the ASR IDL and should not pass a zero value if they are not populated in the GUI and zero (0) is not a valid value according to the ASOG Guidelines.
