Poor performance when checking redline data for many Engineering Change Numbers (ECNs) 

1. Launch web client.
2. Select exist ECN (For example ECN-123).
3. Select Affected Items tab.
4. Select affected item (For example P123) which has redline data.
5. It takes more than 5 minutes to display redline information.
