A new user role is defined with READ ONLY access in Permissioning Center. When this user accesses account information in Customer Center,
while viewing the "PLANS" tab, the user selects one "PRODUCT/DISCOUNT" to see details. In the section "CYCLE" -> "OVERRIDE" -> "AMOUNT",
this "amount" is a text-field, the window is not big enough to look for the total amount and the text box is not resizable.
