Symptoms

Problem Description

Subprojects can be approved even if they exceed the Project Limit.The application does not generate the 'exceeds the project limit' error.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------------
1.In the PROJECT BUDGET OPTIONS BR, set the CHECK APPROVAL DOCUMENT Key to OFF and CHECK PROJECT LIMIT to ON.
2.Go to Project/Subproject Module and Create a New project with some Project Limit.
3.Go to Subproject Detail View and create a subproject with a budget that exceeds the project limit set on the header. SAVE.
4.Approve the Subproject.Subproject gets approved without any errors.
