Purchased Start Date Is Set To Greater Than End Date If The Account Is Reactivated After Deal Cancel

Goal
The purchased start date is set to greater than end date if the subscription is inactivated and reactivated after deal cancellation.
Please find below the steps to reproduce this issue:
1. 16.05.2012 - Create customer and subscription account with any any monthly cycle arrear charge deal
2. 25.05.2012 - Cancel the purchased deal with end date as current date
3. 25.05.2012 - Inactivate the service
4. 30.05.2012 - Reactivate the service and check the purchased/cycle/usage start and end dates in purchased_product_t (purchased start date will be set to greater than end date)
5. 01.06.2012 - Do billing and check the purchased/cycle/usage start and end dates in purchased_product_t (purchased start date will remain as greater than end date)
2. 25.05.2012 - Cancel the purchased deal with end date as current date
3. 25.05.2012 - Inactivate the service
4. 30.05.2012 - Reactivate the service and check the purchased/cycle/usage start and end dates in purchased_product_t (purchased start date will be set to greater than end date)
5. 01.06.2012 - Do billing and check the purchased/cycle/usage start and end dates in purchased_product_t (purchased start date will remain as greater than end date)
