Item Supply/demand Form Does Not Show Any Records For Model, ATO Model And Options In R12 Instance (Doc ID 1496653.1)

Goal

In our R12 Source Instance the (INVDVDSD) Item Supply/Demand form is not showing any records for PTO Model, ATO Model and options (orders that are booked/shipped). But in our current 11i Production Instance, records for these same item types show up.

We noticed that if we check the "Stockable" flag on the Master Items form in the R12 instance, the items show up correctly. However, in the 11i instance, we do not need to check the "Stockable" flag on the items in order for this to work properly.

How do we resolve this issue?
