Settled Dispute Still Showing Amount In Disputed. (Doc ID 1496993.1)

When a settlement is done without tax and corresponding dispute was done with tax, the tax amount was left disputed and it was not possible to settle it further.

As a result of this issue, one may find many of bill items in production system that have non-zero value disputed column but when you look through Customer center, they will show as resolved dispute.
