Question 1:

When we are doing forecast consumption, In the forecast set or in MDS with Load copy mere request the consumption happens only with open sales orders and does not consider closed lines in this.
When we are using past forecast this becomes very critical as demand picture will not give correct figs after consumptions if sales orders are shipped then forecast qty after consumption will be more.
So we need to make closed sales orders as well available for forecast consumption


Question 2:

As per standard functionality, forecast consumption for closed sales orders can be done only through the forecast form. In that case how will forecast consumption happen against the demand class as in the form there is no parameter to consume forecast as per demand class.

 
Question 3:

My question is if sales order having two different demand classes ( EXPORT and SPARES) and forecast having one demand class (EXPORT).
So slaes order having demand class as SPARES will consume forecast or not if balance qty is avl?
 

Question 4:

We have multiple orgs with multiple operating units. In few org we wanted forecast consumption with closed lines and with few org without closed lines of sales order , then how to go about it?
