Request XML Size Constraint In Objectel (Doc ID 1497496.1)

Symptoms

There is an issue with the Objectel XML API tool. The XML requests are accepted which is of length upto 60000 characters.
This is a request to solve this issue, thus increasing this limit in order to accommodate bigger XML requests.
