Symptoms
When attempting to run Table Classification and Assignment Batch_Table_Class_Req after environment migration the following error occurs.
Error:

Application msg_trace_file.log shows:

Steps to Replicate:
1. Migrate Dev to NEW Dev environment using full migration steps.
2. Run a batch in the NEW Dev but it failed, the same batch run successfully in the Dev environment.
