Symptoms

When attempting to run Table Classification and Assignment Batch_Table_Class_Req after environment migration the following error occurs.

Error:
RevAppServer.log shows:
[REVELEUSLOG] Oct 9,12 14:17:01 : [ICCEVENTHANDLER]Handling ICC Event :BatchrunID [<INFODOM>_Batch_Table_Class_Req_20121009_1] infoDate [Batch] taskID [Task1] ComponentID [TRANSFORM DATA] taskType [1] status [2]
[REVELEUSLOG] Oct 9,12 14:17:01 : [ICCEVENTHANDLER]This event does not match the filter criteria, Event ignored
[REVELEUSLOG] Oct 9,12 14:17:01 : [NONE][NSockConn] Error while reading
java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer

Application msg_trace_file.log shows:
2012-10-10 | 13:27:45 | messageserver | INFO |  |  | ConnectToDatabase, trying to connect to the config DB with USERNAME = <CONFIG USER>SID = <OLD_ORACLESID>


Steps to Replicate:

1. Migrate Dev to NEW Dev environment using full migration steps.
2. Run a batch in the NEW Dev but it failed, the same batch run successfully in the Dev environment.
