Errors During Upgrade of ALM 5.6 to ALM 6.0 (Doc ID 1497998.1)

Goal

There are several errors which have appeared in the generated ALM log when upgrading from ALM 5.6 to ALM 6.0.  The following errors are not fatal and either can be ignored or workaround is available:

Question 1: Can the following ORA-00942 on FSI_M_LR_IRR_BUCKETS_MIG and FSI_LR_IRR_BUCKETS_AUX_MIG ALM 6.0 upgrade errors be ignored:

Question 2: Can the following ORA-01400 errors on REV_OBJECT_REGISTER ALM 6.0 upgrade errors be ignored?

 Answer 2: Yes, any errors related to REV_OBJECT_REGISTER can be ignored.
 Answer 3: This error will only appear if ALMBI was installed.
