Conference Call - OCSB Send Too Many CWA-s and Even Continue, So MSS Responds With TCAP Abort (Doc ID 1498495.1)

Symptoms

On conference call, cannot connect B to A, when play announcement to A party first.

While trying to implement the next conference call:

  1. Invite A party with ICA (Initiate Call Attempt)
  2. A party answer
  3. Invite B party with ICA + Play announcement to A party
  4. B party answer
  5. Stop announcement and connect B to A


In the last step OCSB send too many CWA-s (Continue With Argument), and even continue, so MSS (Switch) respond with TCAP abort.
