Symptoms

 Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution currently supports a single dedicated plant assignment per DLR (design layout record). 

Changes

 In order to facilitate business process around DSL Bonding, an enhancement request has been entered to modify OCMSS to allow multiple dedicated plant assignments per DLR.
