ISA Service Stops Populating PFex_transactionxml with GETDSNServerName in the Stack Trace. (Doc ID 1499104.1)

Symptoms

 The InForm Server Adapter (ISA) service stops populating the pfex_transactionxml table.  NullReferenceException error seen in the Application event log on InForm server from the server adapter with GETDSNServerName(String dsnName)  in the stack trace.  This error occurs each time the ISA wakes up (default is 5 minutes).

For example:
