Symptoms

 Details Scenario and steps
------------------------------------
1> Configured a plan with product having currency resource granted with validity start on first usage.
2> Create an account using the plan.
3> Account created with credit balance say -60.00 RM.
4> Do debit currency account adjustment on the account.
5> Account adjustment is setting the first usage validity which is not expected. If the product is configured for first usage so account adjustment should not set the first usage validity.

Issues

1> Why account adjustment is setting the first usage validity flag?
2> Why adjustment is reflected in the same sub-balance bucket of the balance group which has /purchased_product as grantor object?
