Symptoms

Prior to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Patch Set 16, the Collection Center "Agent Tasks List" or "All Tasks" pages could take long to load on systems with lots of history.

Changes

There is no particular change, this was the behavior of BRM systems before PS 16.
