The requirement is to have 2 upstream (CRM) systems, and OSM should receive orders from both the CRM systems. The integration is via AIA and OOTB O2C cartridges are being used.
What changes, and at what level (Seibel / AIA / OSM) should be performed to achieve the desired results. Do we need to perform any configuration changes, if yes please provide us the guidelines.
