Editing or Adding New Buckets to Balances in the Screens is Only Allowed in System Currency

The environment used to demonstrate this issue has been populated with three different currencies:
- EUR is the system currency used;
- INR is the display currency used;
- USD is the wallet currency used.
In the SMS (Service Management System) screens, navigate to:
change the display currency to a currency which is neither the wallet nor the system currency (INR in this example):
Edit one of the cash balances (In this example, General Cash):
When adding a new bucket or editing one:
In the new/edit bucket screens, the value can only be in System Currency, not considering:
- The display currency which is selected in all the prior screens;
- The wallet currency.
So, one must "reverse" calculate the rate exchange to have the value he wants in the display currency from the system currency.
