'Error While Loading the Page' in Allocation Specification Screen (Doc ID 1500606.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 6.0, you get an error opening the Allocation Specification screen.  When you click on Allocation Specification, the following error appears in the screen:
