Goal

Users have the following scenario:

Source Instance EBS on 11.5.10.2
ASCP Planning Instance on 12.1.3.6
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Instance on 6.2

Is it possible to integrate planning APS 12.1.3.6 with OTM on 6.2 if Source EBS is on 11.5.10.2?
All of them are on different instances
