"java.lang.NullPointerException" When Viewing Allocation Details (Doc ID 1501214.1)

When viewing allocation details, an error occurs.The application gives an error and the following information is written to the log file.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open alloc application.
  2. Click on an existing allocation.
  3. Click on "Allocation Details" button.
