Symptoms

Demantra Workflow scheduler errors out when the scheduled task is performed.
Every workflow that runs using the scheduler, errors our or doesn't run correctly. Getting multiple different errors:Error description 'Database internal error:ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired' 2012-09-17 08:35:38,743 CDT [WFProcess_130] ERROR dpweb.general:

However, when log into Oracle Demantra Workflow and select the start button manually, the workflows run correctly without error.
