 I get the error "This template cannot be opened. See Programmer's Guide for "Making custom fields available for mapping"" when trying to modify a UEL template after placing the jar file in the Developer Center directory and when explicitly adding the jar file to the end of  the DeveloperCenter.bat class path.  What am I missing?
 Where is Infranet.properties file located for Developer Center?
 I'd like to add custom fields to Infranet.properties file, but it says I don't have administrator privilege.  What shall I do?
