Goal

In Argus Console it is possible to make fields "Read Only".  This is accomplished by navigating to Argus Console > Field Labels, selecting a Field and then clicking one or more of the boxes under Read Only (see Figure I)

In some installations, after clicking on the desired field, none of the checkboxes are edittable.  How can these boxes be made edittable so that the fields can be made "Read Only"?
