Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In scenario where a customer comes to store and orders for two items say A and B. The item B is not available at store then that would be delivered by the warehouse. However, the customer makes a full payment and when ORPOS scans both the items, RTLOG gets generated with one transaction and two item lines. When this RTLOG is audited and uploaded into Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS_, only item A stock_on_hand needs to be updated and not the Item B as the inventory for item B would be reconciled at the time of its shipment from warehouse. For this requirement what should be the tran_type and sub_tran_type of transaction in the RTLOG file.
