Symptoms

Getting the '500 Internal Server Error' when accessing the Argus Insight Application:

The following error is observed in the Insight Log file under D:\Oracle\ArgusInsight\Bin\Log folder:


Error No. :- 440, Error Description :- Unable to make connection, ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied
